SHAAN OVEN
SHAAN Gas Plate
The SHAAN Original Gas Plate is the essential structural component located at the base of your tandoor oven. It serves as a rigid support for the burner and ensures the precise positioning of the injection system relative to the clay pot, thereby guaranteeing safe and efficient combustion.
Stability and Thermal Performance
Designed to withstand extreme temperatures over long periods, this plate plays a crucial role in managing the secondary airflow required for a stable flame. Its thick steel construction prevents any structural deformation under the effect of intense heat.
- High-Density Steel: Material selected for its robustness and resistance to repeated thermal cycles.
- SHAAN Original Design: Specific dimensions and drillings ensuring a perfect alignment with the brand's 32 and 52-jet burners.
- Chassis Protection: Acts as a heat shield to protect the lower components of the oven structure.
- Easy Maintenance: Surface treated to limit residue adhesion and facilitate periodic cleaning of the tandoor base.
